Controlled 2D drawing Revision, dimensions, datums, tolerances and notes are visible.
CAD geometry A STEP, IGES or native model is included when geometry review needs it.
Material grade and condition Exact grade, temper, hardness or prior treatment is named.
Quantity and repeat forecast Prototype, release quantity and expected repeats are separated.
Finish specification Process route or engineering selection request is explicit.
Functional target Corrosion, wear, friction, adhesion, conductivity, cleanability or appearance is ranked.
Masking and critical features Threads, bores, fits, datums, contacts and A-surfaces are marked.
Measurement basis Parameter, unit, cutoff/filter, direction, locations and stage are stated.
Appearance criteria Colour, gloss, texture, visible face and approved sample are defined where needed.
Inspection and document package Reports, certificates, sample plan and release owner are listed.
