Do you accept single pieces and small batches?
Yes. Made-to-print, non-standard work is our core business, so one-off replacement parts and small batches are routine. We’ll show you where the price break points sit when we quote.

What lead time should I plan for?
Parts machined from stock grades typically run two to four weeks. Work needing forged blanks, special alloys or heat treatment takes longer — every quotation carries a committed lead time and flags the long-lead item.

Can you supply certificates and inspection reports?
Material is bought with mill certification and traced through to the finished part. We also provide dimensional reports, pressure test records and NDT where specified, and work with third-party inspectors you appoint.

Will you work from a sample instead of a drawing?
Often, yes. Send the part or a fully dimensioned photograph, we’ll measure it and produce a drawing for your approval before machining. This is the usual route for obsolete spares.
