Controlled drawing and model revisionIdentify the file that controls, revision date or identifier, and any model-to-drawing conflict.

Material requirementProvide the buyer-controlled specification, grade, condition, product form, traceability, and document requirement if applicable.

Quantity and release basisState prototype, batch, repeat-order, split-shipment, or forecast assumptions that affect the commercial basis.

Critical features and functional datumsFlag mating faces, holes, thin walls, deep features, edges, no-clamp zones, and the consequence of failure.

Final condition and secondary operationsDescribe finish, cleaning, marking, packaging, and who is responsible for each requested operation.

Inspection and document expectationsState sampling, report fields, first-piece expectations, material records, release documents, and acceptance ownership.

Outside-processing responsibilityMake finishing, treatment, transport, re-inspection, and final-release ownership explicit where relevant.

Requested schedule and open questionsState the requested delivery basis and anything still unknown. A request is not a confirmed lead time.
