Buyers routinely ask a machining shop for proof it cannot issue. This planner separates the three layers, marks which ones a machining supplier can supply, and lists what the drawing has to state before the first cut so the records are right the first time.

Describe the order and the market it ships to

This planner sets out what each layer of evidence proves and who issues it. It is not a conformity assessment route, and no certification scope should be read from it beyond what the certificates themselves state. CE marking under Directive 2014/68/EU attaches to specific pressure equipment or to a type; an ASME certificate records a certificate type, number, scope, authorisation date and plant address.
