About Zhenling Metal · Since 2006

We make the parts that isn’t in any catalogue.

Shanghai Zhenling Metal Co., Ltd. machines non-standard components for pressure vessels, oil & gas separation and fluid control. Send a drawing or a sample — we handle material selection, machining, welding and export from our own plant in Jiashan, Zhejiang.

Who we are

A trading company with its own machine shop behind it.

Zhenling was founded in Shanghai in 2006 and built its plant in Jiashan, Zhejiang — inside the Yangtze River Delta supply base, where castings, forgings, plate and surface treatment are all within an hour’s drive.

That location is why we can quote non-standard work at a sensible price and still control lead time: raw material sourcing, machining, welding and inspection sit under one roof, and our export team talks to you directly instead of relaying messages through a middleman.

Most of what leaves our workshop is a one-off or a small batch built to a customer print — a replacement roll for a paper line, a valve body in 904L, a flange set that no standard covers. We are set up for that kind of work rather than for catalogue production.

Division 01

Domestic business

Serves Chinese equipment builders and end users, and keeps our machinists busy on the mixed, short-run work that keeps a shop sharp.

Division 02

Overseas export

A dedicated export team handling drawings, material certificates, third-party inspection and shipping documents for customers in Europe, North America, Australia and Singapore.

WHAT WE MACHINE

Built to your print, in the size the job needs.

We produce complete machines and their spare parts, as well as individual components across a wide range of sizes and models. Typical work includes:

  • 01 Pressure vessels
  • 02 Oil & gas separation
  • 03 Fluid control
  • 04 Process & chemical equipment
  • 05 General machinery

FLANGES

Weld neck, blind, slip-on and fully custom patterns, machined from forged or plate stock in carbon, alloy and stainless grades.

ROLLS & ROLLERS

Shafts and rolls turned, ground and balanced for converting, paper, rubber and processing lines — including hardened bearing-steel journals.

BENT PIPES & ELBOWS

Formed and machined pipe sections, transition pieces and spools for process lines where an off-the-shelf fitting will not do.

VALVE BODIES

Bodies, bonnets and internals machined from forgings, castings or solid bar, with pressure-tight seats and sealing faces held to print.

PLUGS & CLOSURES

Threaded plugs, caps, end closures and blanking components for pressure equipment, machined and tested to your specification.

PROFILED & SPECIAL

Odd-shaped, one-off parts reverse-engineered from a sample or produced straight from your 2D/3D files.

Materials Twenty years of chips, across three material families.

Material choice decides whether a part survives its service life. Tell us the temperature, the medium, the pressure and the hardness you need, and we will propose a grade — then supply it with mill certification.

Carbon & alloy steel

Structural and pressure-grade carbon steels for general fabrication, plus bearing and heat-treatable alloy steels where hardness, fatigue life or low-temperature toughness matters. We machine in the annealed condition and heat treat to the hardness stated on your drawing.

AVAILABLE GRADES
  • 20#
  • 45#
  • Q235A
  • Q345D
  • 12CrMoV
  • GCr15
  • 25CrMo
  • 42CrMo

Stainless steel

Austenitic stainless for corrosive and hygienic service, including low-carbon grades for welded assemblies and free-machining grades where cycle time drives the cost. Surface finish and passivation are specified per part.

AVAILABLE GRADES
  • 303
  • 304
  • 304L
  • 316
  • 316L
  • 321

High-performance alloys

Nickel-based and super-austenitic alloys for chemical plant duty, sour service and aggressive chlorides, plus aluminium alloys where weight is the constraint. These grades are slow and unforgiving to cut — we run them on dedicated tooling and proven parameters.

Nickel-based alloys

  • C276
  • 904L

Aluminium alloys

Carbon Steel CNC Machining Material Batch

Working in high temperature, corrosive or pressurised service? We offer grade selection support across material classes, matched to your operating environment and hardness requirement — not just a quote against whatever the drawing happens to say.

How an order runs

From drawing to crate.

Every custom job passes the same five gates. You get a named contact at each one.

  1. 01

    Drawing review

We read your 2D/3D files or measure your sample, flag anything unclear, and confirm tolerances and finishes before quoting.

  2. 02

    Material selection

Grade proposed against your service conditions, sourced with mill certificates and traceable to the finished part.

  3. 03

    Machining & forming

Turning, milling, boring, grinding and wire cutting; plate work on CNC shears, rolls and presses.

  4. 04

    Welding & assembly

Submerged-arc and gas-shielded welding, then fit-up of complete assemblies where the order calls for them.

  5. 05

    Inspection & export

Dimensional and pressure checks, documentation pack, export packing and shipment from Shanghai or Ningbo.

INSIDE THE PLANT · JIASHAN, ZHEJIANG

Machines that keep the tolerance, not just the promise.

Our workshop runs equipment matched to current domestic and imported standards, arranged so a part can go from bar stock to finished weldment without leaving the site.

Approvals & export

Certified for the markets we ship to.

Zhenling holds EU CE certification and US ASME certification, so pressure-related components can be specified into projects that demand documented compliance.

Where our parts go:

  • Europe
  • United States
  • Australia
  • Singapore
  • Southeast Asia

CE · EU

European conformity for pressure equipment placed on the EU market, supported by the material and inspection records that go with it.

ASME · US

American Society of Mechanical Engineers certification covering pressure vessel work built to US code requirements.

Work with us

We grow by putting our own factory to work for our customers — not by reselling someone else's capacity.

Send the drawing. We'll tell you what it takes to make it.

Quotations typically come back within one to two working days, with the material grade, process route and lead time set out clearly. Samples and reverse-engineered parts are welcome.
