Process Route Fit Check
Machining is a subtractive process, so it is priced by the second. As soon as the shape of a part and the quantity required favour a forming process, the comparison stops being close. This check tells you which side of that line your part sits on — including when the answer sends the work away from us.

This is a directional read from the factors that drive process choice, not a quotation. Any switch away from machining needs the redesign checked rather than assumed, because a feature that cuts easily may not form or fill.
