Agree the inspection method with us
Probe limits are taken from NIST micro-metrology work: tactile probing becomes impractical below roughly 500 µm, and NIST built a sub-100 µm fibre probe for that gap. Coordinate measuring machines are accepted and reverified under ISO 10360-2, which requires 105 measurements to fall inside the stated maximum permissible error. Instrument availability is confirmed per order.
